Do you want to learn to drive but feel nervous and anxious about getting started?

Here at BLT Driver Training we actually specialize in working with people who feel the same way as you do and understand that worries, doubts and yes, fears are a natural part of learning any new skill.   Your Driving Instructor, Brian has lots of experience helping pupils to build up confidence as driving lessons progress and looks forward to being able to help you.

Worried about your very first lesson? 

 How will you know when you are ready to apply for your Driving Test?

You will receive a Driver Record Card when you start which we will update after each lesson. Through this you can monitor your progress throughout your driving lessons and help and advise you when you should apply for your Driving Test

 How many Driving Lessons will you need?

We work to the principle that since everyone is different and so will "Learn at the pace best suited to your individual needs and requirements" - the Personal Service you would expect.

 Nervous about taking your Driving Test?

You will be trained to a high standard which, together with Mock Driving Tests in advance and the skills and experience you will gain from the driving you will do in new and varied places and situations, will mean that you will have the confidence and ability to deal with your Driving Test. You can then look forward to your Driving Test, rather than dread it!

 Will I ever have to share the car with another pupil?

There is only ever you and your Instructor in the car at any one time.  Strictly no car sharing!

 Can you be picked up from home/work/college and dropped off at college/work/home?

By prior arrangement, you will enjoy door-to-door service.

Who or what is "Boris"?

Boris is my bright red Mazda 2, named by Jenny, which you can look forward to driving
